The Guizhou provincial film and television shooting service center was unveiled in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China"s Guizhou province, on Aug 24. It will provide comprehensive film and television production services to the entire world.

贵州省影视拍摄服务中心揭牌仪式近日在中国（贵州）智慧广电科创园举行，该中心的成立意味着贵州将拥有一家面向全国、面向全球的综合影视拍摄服务机构。

At the unveiling ceremony, He Yunjiang, deputy director of the publicity department of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, announced the support policies of the Guizhou Provincial Administration of Radio and Television.

贵州省委宣传部副部长、省广播电视局党组书记、局长何云江现场发布省广电局支持政策。

The policies include strengthening industry guidance by administrative management departments, providing support and guidance in terms of funding and projects, and providing relevant services for project approval.

政策包括加强行政管理部门的行业引导；发挥资金和项目的扶持引导作用；积极做好立项审核的相关服务。

Zheng Xin, deputy director of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, also announced the department"s support policies.

贵州省文化和旅游厅党组成员、副厅长郑欣现场发布省文旅厅支持政策。

The policies include providing cultural consultation services, offering free admission to scenic areas for film crews certified by the center and carrying out location scouting and filming there, and coordinating with scenic areas and cultural relic units to facilitate creative work by film crews coming to Guizhou based on their shooting needs, as long as it doesn"t violate ecological and cultural heritage preservation principles or interfere with normal operations.

这些支持包括提供文化咨询；经贵州省影视拍摄服务中心认证的来黔影视团队，在贵州省国有A级景区勘景和拍摄的，可享受目标景区免景区门票服务；根据拍摄需求，在不违反生态和文物保护原则、不影响正常运营前提下，积极协调景区和文物文博单位配合来黔影视团队开展创作工作。

The development of film and television in Guizhou can be dated back to 1937 when Zhang Daofan, a native of Guizhou, wrote the screenplay for the film Cipher Code.

贵州的影视发展源远流长，可追溯到1937年，贵州人张道藩创作的电影剧本《密电码》拍摄上映。

Now, with the establishment of the service center, Guizhou will cultivate more high-quality film and television enterprises, train more excellent film and television talent, and promote the overall development of Guizhou"s film and television industry.
